These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography services provided by Kenneth Allen Photography within the Dallas–Frisco, Texas area and surrounding locations.
A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure the session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Session dates are not reserved until the retainer payment and signed agreement are received.
The client is responsible for selecting and securing the photography location for the session. This includes:
Public locations
Private property
Rental studios
Event venues
Permit-required locations
If a location requires studio rental fees, location permits, or admission fees, those costs are the responsibility of the client.
Kenneth Allen Photography may provide recommendations for locations or studios, but the client is ultimately responsible for booking, securing permission, and covering any associated fees.
Sessions within the Dallas–Frisco area are included in standard pricing. Travel outside this area may require an additional travel fee, which will be discussed prior to booking.
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session.
Late arrivals may reduce the available shooting time. If the client arrives more than 20 minutes late, the photographer reserves the right to shorten or reschedule the session depending on availability.
Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within the timeframe stated in the booking agreement.
The photographer retains the right to select the final images delivered. RAW or unedited files are not provided unless otherwise agreed.
Clients acknowledge they are familiar with the photographer's portfolio and agree that the final images will reflect the photographer’s artistic style, editing techniques, and creative direction.
All images remain the copyright property of Kenneth Allen Photography.
Clients receive a personal-use license to download, share, and print images for personal use. Images may not be sold, altered, or used commercially without written permission.
Unless otherwise requested in writing, the client grants Kenneth Allen Photography permission to use images from the session for:
Portfolio display
Website galleries
Social media
Marketing materials
Clients may request a privacy exemption prior to the session.
Session retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor sessions will be accommodated when possible.
Kenneth Allen Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond control including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Location restrictions
Permit issues
Third-party venue policies
The client assumes responsibility for ensuring the location allows photography.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or emergency, the photographer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session or provide a substitute photographer when possible.
By booking a session with Kenneth Allen Photography, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
