Clients receive a limited personal-use license for downloaded or purchased images. This license allows clients to print, share, and display images for personal use only. Images may not be sold, entered into contests, published commercially, or used for advertising or business purposes without written authorization from Kenneth Allen Photography.
Image Alteration
Images delivered by Kenneth Allen Photography may not be altered, edited, filtered, or manipulated in any way without written consent from the photographer. This includes applying social media filters, cropping that removes the photographer's watermark, or modifying the artistic presentation of the image.
Limitation of Liability
Kenneth Allen Photography will take all reasonable steps to ensure professional service and safe storage of client images. However, in the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss, theft, or circumstances beyond the photographer’s control (including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, acts of God, or emergencies), liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the photography services.
