Privacy of Images
Kenneth Allen Photography respects the privacy of all clients. All photographs and video footage created during portrait sessions are considered the artistic property of Kenneth Allen Photography and are protected under United States copyright law.
Unless otherwise requested in writing by the client, Kenneth Allen Photography reserves the right to use selected images from the session for the purposes of portfolio display, studio samples, website galleries, social media, marketing materials, advertising, photography competitions, and professional publications.
Clients who wish to keep their images completely private must notify Kenneth Allen Photography in writing prior to the session date. A privacy request will be honored; however, an additional privacy fee may apply due to the restriction of portfolio and marketing use.
Kenneth Allen Photography will never sell, license, or distribute client images to third parties for commercial resale without written consent from the client.
All client contact information and personal details collected during the booking process will remain confidential and will only be used for communication regarding photography services, delivery of images, and studio updates.
Minor Privacy Protection
When photographing minors (under 18), Kenneth Allen Photography will exercise additional discretion when sharing images publicly. If parents or legal guardians prefer that images of minors not be used in marketing or social media, they must notify the photographer in writing before the session.
